It's been a busy month at PRgloo and we're chuffed to welcome new organisations to our community including Open University, Department for Transport, OFWAT, Kent Community Health NHS Foundation Trust, Renfrewshire Council, Blackburn with Darwen Borough Council, Moorfields Eye Hospital NHS Foundation Trust, Transforming Forensics and Transport for Wales.
Who needs Mailchimp?
We've been busy beavering away on some cool projects such as our alternative to Mailchimp. It's something that lots of you have been asking for, so we're building it and we aim to launch it in early December. You'll also soon have the following new tools to add to your communications:
- Beautiful new design and better signposting of downloads
- New 'non-marketing' email template to replicate an Outlook style email
- Block quotes
- Header styles
- Text and image blocks
- Ability to manage your boilerplates
- Ability to move elements of the email template around and also to hide them
- Ability to switch off downloads (should you not want your assets to be downloaded)
Who's Writing about the Budget, the Royal Baby or Brexit?
Pretty soon you'll be able to tap into our new Journalist "Profiler" which gives you a searchable summary of what each journalist has been writing about over the past few months so that you can pin point those particular people in seconds. Watch out for this in your platform in November.
