New to PRgloo in March

New to PRgloo in March: 5DayNewsroom

As we march through the first quarter of 2019, our Gloo developers have been working on your feedback to bring some new enhancements to the platform while our sales team has been busy throwing out the welcome mat to a host of new clients.

Welcome!

What a start to the year as we welcome Nottinghamshire Police, Avon Fire and Rescue, Devon & Somerset Fire & Rescue and London Ambulance service to the Gloo family. Outside of the emergency services we also welcome Yogurt Top Marketing, London & Partners, New Devon Clinical Commissioning Group, Kernow Clinical Commissioning Group, University of Aberdeen, Chiltern Railways, the Internet Watch Foundation, Portsmouth City Council, Maidstone Borough Council, Edinburgh City Council , Bolton at Home,  Scottish Land Commission, Agriculture and Horticultural Development Board and Take-Two Interactive Games (which our designers are over the moon about as they are all keen gamers!)

Launch of our 5 Day Newsroom

We've been working hard to come up with a newsroom platform which looks fantastic and is simple to roll out. The result is our 5 day newsroom which can be designed, built, populated with data and launched within 5 days. We've also been improving our bespoke newsroom building tool so it's been a bit of a newsroom month all around really! Have a look at these lovely examples and get in touch if you'd like to upgrade your PRgloo.

New Email Templates

We hope you like the new email templates we launched several weeks ago along with our other features. Did you know that you can now have lots of different styles of email template? To find out more, please contact your account manager for a chat.

Social Media Campaign - Progress Continues

We've embarked upon our Social Media Campaign module and this month have seen great leaps in our development. The tool will allow you to create a social media campaign with multiple posts on multiple channels, time the distribution of those posts and then provide analytics on the success of the campaign. So far we've built the integration with Twitter, and built the campaign platform. We're now working on adding in more channels and the analytics. Expect more progress updates next month.

Reporting - We're Making Changes

We've received lots of feedback about our reporting so we're taking some time out to update our charts, make our Need to Know report more flexible and generally provide more opportunities to shine a light on all of your hard work. If you've got any specific things you'd like to see, do get in touch so that we can try to include them in this batch of work.

Big Business News! Kantar & Gloo

On a corporate level, we've formalised a partnership which we have had for a good 3 years with Kantar Media. Kantar will now be actively promoting PRgloo to their customer base and new business leads. We know that this will lead to many more customers joining the PRgloo family which in turn means we'll have even more to invest in improving the product for everyone. Exciting times here at Gloo!

BIG THANK YOU!

Finally we just wanted to say a massive thank you to all of our customers who took the time to fill in the G2Crowd review and those who have spent time offering to be filmed saying nice things about us. We are massively grateful for every little bit of feedback you're happy to share with the world. We're still PR's best kept secret - but we really hope that 2019 is going to change all of that!

PS: we also want to keep hearing about all the things you'd like changed. We log each and every bit of feedback in our own version of PRgloo and use these to add to our monthly development cycles. We soon hope to publish these so that the whole community of users can see what we are working on and vote for the popular features. Watch this space for more info!
