PRgloo has always let you keep track of your statements and share them internally.
As of next month, you'll also be able to send them directly from the system. So, when the Metro calls asking for the latest on the issue of the day, you can send AND record the fact that you have sent it to them in one simple process. Or if the bosses come knocking and ask who's been sent the latest statement, in one click you can give them the full report. You can even proactively send your statement to lists of media and stakeholders and see within seconds who's opened it.
